Educational Process of a Patient with Crohn’s Disease

Anotácia:

Tématem této bakalářské práce je Edukační proces u pacienta s Crohnovou chorobou. Práce obsahuje část praktickou a teoretickou. V první kapitole teoretické části je popsána historie Crohnovy choroby, epidemiologie, etiopatogeneze, klinické projevy. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na diagnostiku Crohnovy choroby. Následující kapitola popisuje terapii při této nemoci, což zahrnuje biologickou, chirurgickou, farmakologickou léčbu, nutriční terapii a psychoterapii. Ve čtvrté kapitole jsou popsaná specifika tohoto onemocnění u dětí, těhotných a seniorů. Další kapitola se věnuje kvalitě života pacientů s Crohnovou chorobou. Poslední kapitola se specializuje na teorii o edukaci a edukačním procesu. Praktická část je zaměřena na edukaci pacienta s Crohnovou chorobou. Edukační proces byl realizován na oddělení gastroenterologie v klinickém centru v den podávaní biologické léčby pacientovi. Edukační proces je složen ze tří edukačních jednotek a je popsán v pěti fázích. Na závěr edukace proběhlo vyhodnocení odpovědí pacienta ze vstupního dotazníku, který byl vyplněn před edukací a po edukaci. Výstupem bakalářské práce jsou edukační karty, které mohou být užitečné pro pacienty s Crohnovou chorobou.

Abstract:

The topic of this bachelor's thesis is the educational process of patient with Crohn's disease. The th esis consists of both practical and theoretical parts. The first chapter of the theoretical part describes the history of Crohn's disease, epidemiology, etiopathogenesis and clinical symptoms. The second chapter focuses on the diagnosis of Crohn's disease. The following chapter describes the treatment of this disease, including biological, surgical, pharmacological, nutritional therapy and psychotherapy. The chapter 4 describes the specifics of the disease in children, pregnant women, and seniors. The next chapter is devoted to the quality of life of patients with Crohn's disease. The final chapter focuses on the theory of education and the educational process. The practical part is focused on the education of patients with Crohn's disease. The educational process was carried out in the gastroenterology department of the clinical center on the day of administering biological treatment to the patient. The educational process consists of three educational units and is described in five phases. At the end of the educational process, the patient's responses from the pre – and post-education questionnaires were evaluated. The outcome of the bachelor's thesis is educational cards that patients with Crohn's disease may find useful.
