Abstract:
Ve své práci jsem se zabýval daňovou exekucí. Nejdříve jsem popsal obecné náležitosti výkonu rozhodnutí v daňovém řízení-daňový dlužník, promlčecí práva, zahajení daňové exekuce, exekuční titul, daňová exekuce, odklad výkonu rozhodnutí,zrušení daňové exekuce, ochrana daňového dlužníka, exekuční náklady, úkony daňového dlužníka při daňové exekuci. Abstract:
I deal with tax seizure in my Thesis. First I described general essential of an execution of a decision in a tax procedure- a tax debtor, right forfeiture, opening a tax seizure, seizure title tax seizure, postponement of a decision execution. At the end of the work I referred to a new legal arrangement, namely the Tax Code.
