Abstract:

Diplomová práce na téma racionalizace dopravně-logistických procesů při rozvozu zboží ve firmě EUTIT, s.r.o. je zaměřena obecně na nákladní silniční dopravu, která je v ČR rozšířená. Cílem práce je analyzovat vybrané dopravně-logistické procesy ve firmě EUTIT, s.r.o., navrhnout jejich vhodné řešení a návrhová opatření technicko-ekonomicky zhodnotit. Tato práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a aplikační část. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmy a přiblíženy oblasti, jako je technologie přepravy, logistika, distribuce zboží a vybrané metody operačního výzkumu. Praktická část je zaměřena na firmu Eutit s.r.o., na její historii, současnost, zákazníky, používané materiály, vyráběné produkty a způsob distribuce zboží zákazníkům. Vlastní návrhy řešení jsou: návrh optimálního umístění distribučního skladu podle metody těžiště, analýza a komparace jednotlivých nákladních vozidel pomocí vícekriteriálního rozhodování a distribuce zboží stanovená Clark-Wrightovou metodou. Pomocí těchto metod jsou zvoleny nejvhodnější varianty, které jsou následně technicko-ekonomicky zhodnoceny.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis on theme rationalization of transport-logistics processes in the distribution of goods in the company EUTIT, Ltd. is generally focused on the road freight transport, which is widespread in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to analyze selected transport-logistic processes in the company EUTIT, Ltd. to propose suitable solution and technically and economically evaluate the proposed measures. This work is divided into theoretical and application part. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts and approaches areas such as transport technology, logistics, distribution of goods and selected methods of operational research. The practical part is focused on the company Eutit, Ltd, its history, present, customers, used materials, manufactured products and the way of goods distribution to the customers. The own solution proposals are: design of the optimal location of the distribution warehouse according to the centre of gravity method, analysis and comparison of individual trucks using multi-criteria decision-making and goods distribution determined by the Clark-Wright method. By using these methods the most suitable variants, which are then technically and economically evaluated, are chosen.
