Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na zavedení systému Kanban do výrobních procesů v zakázkové výrobě zaměřené na montáž dopravníků pro stroje na posklizňové zpracování zemědělských produktů. Na základě teoretických východisek a zhodnocení analýzy současného stavu je zpracován návrh opatření a jednotlivé kroky potřebné ke spuštění systému Kanban do výroby.

This diploma thesis is focused on the introduction of the kanban system into production processes in custom production focused on conveyors for machines for post-harvest processing of agricultural products.
