Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce obsahuje základní informace o normativních právních úpravách civilního letectví před protiprávními činy v České republice a Evropské unii. V rámci práce je popsána jejich historie, základní pojmy, které se vyskytují v civilním letectví a také jednotlivé subjekty, které s nimi přichází do kontaktu. Poslední část je pak věnována analýze praktických důsledků uplatňování předmětných norem, jejich redundancí a efektivity kontrol jejich dodržování.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis contains basic information about normative legal regulations of civil aviation against unlawful acts in the Czech Republic and the European Union. The thesis describes their history, the basic concepts that are found in civil aviation as well as the individual subjects that come into contact with them. The last part is devoted to the analysis of the practical consequences of the application of the standards in question, their redundancy and the effectiveness of the controls of their compliance.
