Rigorózní práce se zabývá institutem nicotnosti rozhodnutí. Obsahuje jeho doktrinální a teoretickoprávní východiska,poukazuje rovněž na příslušnou, zejména správní judikaturu. This thesis deals with the issue of nullity of administrative decisions. It contains theoretical and doctrinal background and provides the view on the practice of administrative courts.
