Parents motivation to placement their child to the Forest Kindergarten and meet the child's needs

Abstract:

Hlavním záměrem této práce je zmapovat motivy rodičů k umístění jejich dítěte do lesní mateřské školy, a zdali jsou dle rodičů naplněny potřeby dítěte. V teoretické části předkládám jednotlivé kapitoly zabývající se předškolním vzděláváním – tedy klasickou mateřskou školou, následně lesními mateřskými školami, alternativním vzděláváním (Waldorfská škola, škola M. Montessori, Daltonská škola), dále environmentalistikou, výchovnými styly a v neposlední řadě speciálně pedagogickou složkou. V této kapitole pojednávám o dítěti v riziku, s problémy v chování, dále o dítěti s poruchou chování, informované edukaci. V praktické části se věnuji hlavní výzkumné otázce a vedlejším výzkumným otázkám, přičemž jako sběr dat jsem si zvolila kvalitativní výzkum, tedy rozhovory s rodiči dětí. Cílem mé bakalářské práce je, zjistit motivy rodičů, díky kterým své dítě do LMŠ umístí. V neposlední řadě bych se chtěla zaměřit na to, zdali jsou jednotlivé potřeby dítěte naplňovány, či nikoli. Popřípadě, jak bych mohla, jako průvodce lesní mateřské školy, zlepšit kvalitu těchto zařízení.

Abstract:

The main aim of this work is to map motives of parents to place their child into the forest kindergarten, and whether they are in accordance with the parents meet the needs of the child. The theoretical part brings individual chapters dealing with preschool education - the classic nursery school, then forest nursery schools, alternative education (Waldorf School, Montessori, Dalton School), as well as Environmental, educational styles and last but not least special educational component. I treat the child at risk of behavioral problems, as well as a child with conduct disorder, informed education in this chapter. In the practical part is devoted to the main research question and secondary research questions, taking as data collection, I chose a qualitative research, that interviews with parents. The aim of my thesis is to find out the motives of parents, because of them parents placed their children into the Forest Kindergarten. Finally, I would like to focus on whether the individual child's needs met or not. If so, how could I, as a pedagogue for Forest Kindergartens, improve the quality of these facilities.
