The harmonization of business and family life of women entrepreneurs

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je nalézt klíčové faktory, díky kterým jsou úspěšné ženy podnikatelky schopny skloubit svůj rodinný život s pracovním. Teoretická část osvětluje téma podnikání, předpoklady úspěchu v podnikání, dále jak je nahlíženo na postavení ženy v současné společnosti, jaká je situace podnikání žen v ČR a jaká jsou specifika podnikání žen. V praktické části dochází k analyzování odpovědí žen podnikatelek, které jsou získány pomocí hloubkových rozhovorů a dotazníkového šetření. Na základě těchto odpovědí jsou pak stanovena doporučení, jež by měla začínajícím podnikatelkám pomoct k dosažení sladění jejich rodinného života s pracovním. Mezi doporučení, která vyplynula z provedeného primárního šetření, patří mít oporu v partnerovi či v rodině, umět plánovat, vybírat si správné zaměstnance, poučit se z chyb ostatních a zabavit své děti. Dále najít si čas pro sebe, své děti a partnera.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to find the key factors, which help successful women entrepreneurs to combine well the family life with the working life. The theoretical part enlightens the theme of entrepreneurship, the assumption of success in entrepreneurship, but also how the situation of women is seen in today society, especially in the Czech Republic focusing on specifics of entrepreneurship of women. The practical part analyses answers of businesswomen, which are extracted from in-depth interviews and questionnaire surveys. Suggestions are made on grounds of these answers to help beginning businesswomen to achieve harmonization between the family life and the working life. Support from the partner and the family, ability of planning, selection of right workers, the moral of errors made by others and keeping busy their children rank among suggestions, which emerged from carried out principal survey. Furthermore it is suggested to find the time for themselves, their children and their partners.
