Diplomová práce se zabývá církevními právnickými osobami a péčí řádného hospodáře členů jejich orgánů z pohledu soukromého práva. Cílem autorky je zodpovědět otázku, zda se na tyto osoby vztahuje právní úprava péče řádného hospodáře a souvisejících právních poměrů, a pokud ano, nakolik je možné vycházet ze závěrů dovozených k péči řádného hospodáře u jiných právnických osob. The diploma thesis deals with the religious legal entities and the due diligence of members of their bodies in private law. The author's aim is to answer the question of whether the religious legal entities are subject to the legal regulation of the due diligence and related relationships and, if so, whether it is possible to use the conclusions reached regarding the due diligence of other legal entities …more
