Tato diplomová práce se věnuje pivovaru Mělnického právovárečného měšťanstva na Podolí v období jeho provozu ve vlastní režii společenstvím vlastníků právovárečných práv mezi lety 1894 a 1931. Popisuje jednotlivé etapy jeho fungování, stavební a technologické změny v areálu pivovaru, odbytu piva a zásobování provozu nezbytnými surovinami. This diploma thesis follows Burgess brewery Mělník - Podolí during its operation under the control of the owners of brewing rights between 1894 and 1931. It describes various stages of its operation, construction and technological changes in the brewery, beer sales and supply of raw materials.
