Possibilities of using non-traditional raw materials as an alternative to malt in beer production
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na využití netradičních surovin jako alternativy sladu při výrobě piva. Cílem práce bylo poskytnutí komplexního pohledu na danou problematiku, popsat výrobu piva a netradičních surovin. Dále byla zaměřena na provedení průzkumu trhu se zastoupením netradičních i tradičních surovin v tuzemských obchodních řetězcích.

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the use of non-traditional raw materials as an alternative to malt in beer production. The aim of the work was to provide a comprehensive view of the issue, to describe the production of beer and non-traditional raw materials.
