The Efficiency of Social Security Insurance

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení efektivity výběru pojistného na sociální zabezpečení. Nejdříve je zde popsán systém sociálního zabezpečení v naší zemi a jeho právní úprava. Následují účastníci sociálního pojištění a jejich povinnosti. Jsou zde rozebrané také postupy výběru pojistného, jeho vymáhání a pojmy spojené s těmito činnostmi. Zvolená problematika efektivity výběru byla řešena pomocí srovnání statistických údajů o odvodech, výběru pojistného, počtu osob samostatně výdělečně činných a počtu zaměstnavatelů. Mimo jiné je v práci analyzována efektivnost zasílání výzev k zaplacení dlužného pojistného a příslušenství za předchozí tři roky s pomocí statistických údajů z vybrané okresní správy sociálního zabezpečení, která poskytla tyto interní údaje k provedení analýzy. V analytické části je vždy rozebrán výsledek jednotlivých analýz a vysvětleno, zda je výsledek příznivý či nikoliv. Závěrem je konstatování o efektivitě výběru pojistného.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the effectiveness of the collection of social security premiums. Firstly, the social security system in our country and its legal form is described. Then the social security participants and their duties are described. There are also discussed the procedures for collecting insurance money and its enforcement and terms associated with these activities. The chosen issue of selection efficiency was solved by comparing statistics data of levies, collection of social security premiums, number of self-employed people and number of employers. Among the other things this thesis analyzes the effectiveness of sending notices for paying of debts and accessories for the previous three years using statistical data from a selected district of social security ad-ministration which was able to provide these internal data for analysis. The analytical part analyzes the result of each part individually and explains whether the result is favorable or not. The conclusion is a statement about the efficiency of collecting the social security premiums.
