Tato práce se zabývá nástroji Business intelligence, konkrétně analyzuje řešení pro predikci poptávky pomocí IBM® SPSS® Modeler od společnosti IBM, spol. s.r.o., ve kte-rém je z dat reprezentačního podniku minulých období navrhnut model budoucí po-ptávky.Model je následně porovnán se současným způsobem předpovědi poptávky a skuteč-ným prodejem v dané společnosti.
