V této bakalářské práci se věnujeme retinoidům - metabolitům vitamínu A, od jejich možného výskytu, přes působení na organismus lidí a živočichů, až po možnosti jejich stanovení, a to zejména pomocí instrumentálních metod. Abstract:
This thesis deals with retinoids - metabolites of vitamin A including its occurrence, effects on human and animal organism, and also its determination due to instrumental methods. Retinoids are really common and can be easily find in environmental samples. It can support lots of functions in organisms. Generally, it is considered as teratogens, however a few of them can be possibly farmaceutical drugs …more
