Phase diagram calculations of Sb-Sn-Zn alloys applicable for lead-free soldering
Abstract:
práce se zabývá rovnovážnými fázovými stavy soustavy Sb-Sn-Zn. Obsahuje vypočtené fázové diagramy binárních podsoustav, predikované ternární diagramy, izokoncentrační řezy fázovým diagramem Sb-Sn-Zn a predikce plochy liquidu. Pro výpočty i predikce bylo využito metody CALPHAD.

Study on ternary phase diagram of alloy Sb-Sn-Zn from experimental calorimeter DSC and prediction phase diagram and liquid surface with method CALPHAD.
