Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou asistované reprodukce nejen z pohledu právního, ale částečně i medicínského. V úvodu je vysvětlen pojem asistované reprodukce a stručně rozebrány jednotlivé metody léčby neplodnosti. Následuje část věnovaná právním podmínkám vykonávání asistované reprodukce, a to se zaměřením jak na Českou republiku, tak i na vybrané evropské státy. V práci nechybí ani kapitola …more

The diploma thesis deals with the problematics of assisted reproduction not only from the legal, but as well from the medical point of view. At the beginning, the notion of assisted reproduction is explained and particular methods of infertility treatment are analysed.
