Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou roubování semenáčů kaktusů. Teoretická část práce je věnována základní charakteristice čeledi Cactaceae a vybraných použitých druhů, kultivaci a vegetativnímu rozmnožování s důrazem na roubování. Praktická část se věnuje porovnání roubování vybraného druhu Astrophytum capricorne na podnože Selenicereus grandiflorus a Pereskiopsis diguetti. V závislosti na použití dvou různých řezů vedených v odlišné vzdálenosti od vegetačního vrcholu stonku podnože. Byla vyhodnocena afinita a významné růstové charakteristiky roubů po čtyřech měsících od naroubování.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis deals with the issue of grafting of cacti seedlings. The theoretical part is devoted to the basic characteristics of the family Cactaceae and used selected species, as well as cultivation and vegetative reproduction with an emphasis on grafting. The practical part deals with comparison of the grafting of the selected species Astrophytum capricorne on rootstock Selenicereus grandiflorus and Pereskiopsis diguetti. The affinity and significant growth characteristics of the grafts were evaluated four months after grafting, depending on the use of two different cuts at a different distance from the vegetation peak of the stem.
