Diplomová práce se zabývá možnostmi modifikace zásady pacta sunt servanda v obchodních závazkových vztazích. V práci jsou popsány a následně porovnány jednotlivé instituty, prostřednictvím nichž lze relativizovat zásadu, že daný smluvní slib musí být splněn. This thesis deals with the possibility of modifying the Principle Pacta Sunt Servanda in Commercial Obligation Law. In this thesis are described and then compared the individual institutes, through which can be relativise the principle that the contractual promise must be fulfilled.
