Breast-feeding support in University hospital Hradec Králové

Abstract:

Závěrečná bakalářská práce na téma Podpora kojení ve Fakultní nemocnici Hradec Králové, shrnuje poznatky zjištěné výzkumem. V teoretické části jsem uvedla fyziologii laktace, výhody kojení, polohy při kojení, překážky a problémy, které mohou při kojení nastat. V části praktické se zabývám výzkumem pomocí dotazníků, kde jsem se snažila zjistit informovanost žen o kojení a úroveň podpory matek ze strany zdravotníků. V závěru práce jsou vyhodnoceny výsledky výzkumu a hypotézy s cílem využít získané poznatky v praxi.

Abstract:

Final bachelor thesis breast feeding support in university hospital hradec králové summarizes findings of research. In the theoretical part i introduced physiology of lactation, advantages of breast feeding, breast feeding positions, obstacles and problems that can arise during breast feeding. In practical part i write about research conducted through questionnaires, in which i tried to determine the level of women´s knowledge about breast feeding and the level of support from paramedics towards mothers. In the conclusion of the thesis, the results of the research and hypotheses are evaluated with the purpose of using these findings in common practice.
