Elbow and wrist joint biomechanics during push ups
Abstract:
Má bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zjištění, zda při všeobecně známém cviku, jakým je klik ve vzporu ležmo, je použití gymnastických stálků lepší variantou provedení tohoto cviku a to jak z důvodu rizika možného zranění lokte či zápěstí, tak pro jejich samotnou biomechaniku.
Abstract:
My thesis is focused on determining whether generally known in practice, such as push-up handles in Supported exercises, the use of gymnastic Stalk better variant of this exercise, both because of the risk of possible injury to the elbow or wrist, and their very biomechanics.
