Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na sportovní masáž a její celkovou utilizaci, exploataci, komplexní výhody i nevýhody, účinky a možnosti prevence u vrcholových sportovců. Metodou anketního šetření zkoumám všechny možné pozitivní vlivy sportovní masáže před fyzickým výkonem na následující trénink, zápas či další sportovní aktivitu. The thesis is focused on sports massage and its overall utilization, exploitation, comprehensive benefits and disadvantages, effects and possibilities of prevention in top athletes.
