Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá syntézou a charakterizací nanodispergovaného CdS. Byl studován vliv volby sirného prekurzoru na velikost a vlastnosti připravených CdS kvantových teček. Charakterizace byla provedena pomocí absorpční a luminiscenční analýzy a rentgenové difrakční analýzy. Bylo zjištěno, že všechny tři prekurzory lze s úspěchem použít pro syntézu CdS kvantových teček. Abstract:
This Bachelor´s thesis deals with synthesis and characterisation of nanodispersed CdS. Influence of sulphur precursor on size and properties of CdS quantum dots was studied. Characterisation was done by measuring absorption and photoluminescence spectra measurements and X-ray diffraction analysis.
