Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na technologii spektrální výpočetní tomografie, její konstrukce a využití v klinické praxi. V teoretické části je popsán vznik obrazu na výpočetní tomografii obecně, následně je věnován prostor především metodám dvoudetektorového CT umožňujícího rozklad materiálů a jejich využití. The thesis focuses on the technology of spectral computed tomography, its construction and utilization in clinical practice. The theoretical part describes the image formation in computed tomography in general, followed by a focus on dual-layer CT methods allowing material decomposition and their utilization.
