DIAGNOSTICS OF PHYSICHAL AND BEHAVIOURAL DISORDER OF PEOPLE BETWEEN 20 AND 60 YEARS OLD DURING PROSECUTION PENALTY

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce nese název Diagnostika psychických a behaviorálních poruch u 20-60letých osob ve výkonu trestu. V práci jsou přiblíženy pojmy, které se vztahují k oblasti psychických poruch, behaviorálních poruch v souvislosti s výkonem trestu odnětí svobody odsouzených mužů ve Věznicích s ostrahou Oráčov a Jiřice. Empirická část prezentuje porovnání výsledků a zodpovězení otázky zda a v jakém rozsahu se liší výskyt duševních a behaviorálních poruch mezi vybranými vzorky vězněných osob ve s upinách 20 ? 39 let a 40 ? 60 let?. V závěru jsou obsažena doporučení, která z výzkumu vyplývají pro penitenciární praxi.

Abstract:

This dissertation is entitled Diagnosis of mental and behavioral disorders of persons in age 20-60 in prison. In the thesis I tried to explain concepts that are relevant to the mental disorders, behavioral disorders in relation to the imprisonment of convicted men in prison with guards in Oracov and Jirice. The empirical part presents a comparison of the results and answer to the question of whether and to what extent the different incidence of mental and behavioral disorders among selected samp es of prisoners in groups of 20-39 years and 40-60 years is?. In conclusion, there are contained recommendations that arise from the research on penal practice.
