Design and manufacture of a design module for hand printing using additive production

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku v oblasti návrhu konstrukce modulu pro ruční tisk s využitím aditivní výroby. Rešeršní část práce je věnována aditivní výrobě, kde jsou shrnuty technologie výroby, principy a metody, které se v tomto oboru vyskytují. Dále jsou v této části uvedeny metody ručních tiskáren pro lepší přehled při návrhu konstrukce modulu. V praktické části se nejprve vytvoří 3D model konstrukce, který se následně optimalizuje pro vybranou technologii aditivní výroby. Na závěr praktické části se konstrukce pro ruční tisk vyrobí a otestuje se její funkčnost a praktičnost při reálném provozu.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis focuses on issues in the field of design and production of a module for manual printing using additive production. The research part of the thesis focuses on additive production and summarizes the production technologies, principles and methods that occur in this field. The methods of manual printers are also presented in this part for a better overview when designing the module. In the practical part, a 3D model of the module is created and subsequently optimized for additive production. In the conclusion of the practical part, the module is manufactured and its functionality and practicality are tested in practice.
