Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na výběr a inovaci vhodného procesu ve zvolené firmě. Jsou následně uvedeny důvody inovace a je popsán postup implementace inovace a finanční i nefinanční přínosy projektu. V teoretické části práce je vysvětlena problematika managementu inovací. The Master's Thesis focuses on the selection and innovation of a suitable process in the selected company. There are listed reasons, why innovate this process. Furthermore are described the process of implementing the innovation, and financial (even non-financial) benefits of this project.
