Abstract:
Moje práce se zabývá problematikou rekvalifikací, které jsou nástrojem aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti a slouží k řešení nezaměstnanosti. Cílem práce je zjistit jaké důvody vedou nezaměstnané ke vstupu do rekvalifikace a tím přispět ke zkvalitnění jednotlivých kurzů. My bachelor thesis covers the subject of retraining, which is an instrument of active employment policy and serves as a solution to unemployment. The aim of the thesis is to determine specific reasons for entering retraining programmes by the unemployed and by doing so contribute to the amelioration of individual courses.
