In thesis we describe the process of securitization of bank assets, which is used to convert from illiquid assets to liquid securities. Using economic analysis, we achieved the objectives of the work, which is making a detailed description of assets and a description of the transformation of assets into securities through the securitization process. V práci sa zaoberáme procesom sekuritizácie bankových aktív, ktorý slúži na premenu nelikvidných aktív na likvidné cenné papiere. Pomocou ekonomickej analýzy sme dosiahli cieľ práce, ktorým je podrobný popis procesu tvorby aktív a popis premeny týchto aktív na cenné papiere prostredníctvom procesu sekuritizácie.
