Bakalářská práce se věnuje zásobám a jejich optimalizaci. Teoretická část si klade za cíl popsat metody Toyota Production System a její dva základní pilíře: Just in Time a systém autonomní jednotky Jidoka. This bachelor thesis focuses on inventory and its optimization. The aim of the theoretical part is to describe methods known as Toyota Production System and its two pillars: Just in Time management and Jidoka system.
