Cílem diplomové práce je identifikace a řešení problematiky škody (a její náhrady), která společnosti vznikne v důsledku zásahu natolik závažnému, že nebude schopna obnovit podnikatelskou činnost a ve většině případů bude končit v konkursu. The aim of this diploma thesis is to identify and solve problematic aspects of damages (incl. its compensation) arising as a result of a conduct so serious the affected company will not be able to operate busi-ness anymore and will be forced into liquidation.
