V této bakalářské práci se zabýváme nanostrukturami, které vznikly biologickou cestou. Místo toho, abychom komplikovaně vytvářeli umělé nanostruktury, použijeme tvary vzniklé přírodně. Naším záměrem bylo získat a dlouhodobě udržet vybrané linie rozsivek charakteristických tvarů a struktur schránek, provést jejich charakterizaci pomocí optické a elektronové mikroskopie a stanovit vhodný postup pro jejich …more
Abstract:
In this thesis we deal with nanostructures that have emerged biologically. Instead of artificially creating these nanostructures, we use shapes created naturally. Our aim was acquisition and long-term maintenance of selected series of diatoms of characteristic shapes and structures of cells, their characterization by optical and electron microscopy and determination of a suitable procedure for their …more
