Abstract:

Předkládaná práce je zaměřena na problematiku vyšívaných pasivních elektronických součástek. Je zde uveden přehled technologií pro tvorbu vodivých motivů na textilních substrátech. Nejdůležitější částí práce je návrh, realizace a charakterizace testovacích vzorků vyšitých pasivních elektronických součástek na textilním substrátu pomocí vodivých nití. Naměřené elektrické parametry těchto realizovaných vzorků jsou porovnány s teoretickými výpočty a s testovacími vzorky realizovanými na deskách plošných spojů pomocí fotolitografie.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focused on the issue of the embroidered passive electronic components. Here is an overview of technologies, which are used for creating the conductive designs on the textile substrates. The most important part of the thesis is the realization of the test samples for embroidered passive electronic components on textile substrates. The measured electrical parameters of these samples are compared with the theoretical calculations, and also with the another samples which are made on the printed circuit boards by means of photolithography.
