Bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu controlling a vyhodnocuje, jak je toto odvětví vnímáno a jaké přináší podniku výhody. Práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí - teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části se práce zabývá pojmy, jako jsou management, kontrola a controlling. Dále vysvětluje funkci controllingu, jeho rozdělení a nástroje. The bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of controlling and evaluates how this branch is perceived and what benefits it brings to the company.
