Táto bakalárska práca skúma a analyzuje zmeny priemerných saturácií kyslíku v arteriálnej krvi (SpO2) pred a po polohovaní extrémne a veľmi nezrelých novorodencov. Obsahom je teoretická a praktická časť. V teórií sú spracované informácie o polohovaní a jeho vplyve. Praktická časť sa venuje zberu a vyhodnoteniu dát.
