Process about complaints

Abstract:

With this Bachelor's work we are dealing with a broad issue "Complaints". How to make complaints and where is the right place to make my complaint? The aim of this final work was to characterize, describe the meaning and process of complaining. The reader must get to know the terminology of complaining and gradually we will find out what everything is included in one single word complaint. The work is divided to individual chapters. Today but also in the past lots of situations arose for making complaints. The Bachelor's work is made of many paragraphs and many rules. That's why we will take a close look at terminology and we get to know the law of complaining. What's more when Slovakia joined the European Union a field of complaints spread, that's why this theme is very urgent and important in this world full of hectic "season". It is important to get to the other side of the river and help those who need help and solve their complaints. In the last chapters we looked at public research. We processed questionnaire with short but brief questions for related theme with the results of the solving of this problematic, we wanted to find out what is the public opinion on complaints.

Abstract:

Bakalárskou prácou sa zaoberáme problematikou „Sťažnosti“. Ako podať sťažnosť a ktoré je to správne miesto na moju sťažnosť? Cieľom záverečnej práce bolo charakterizovať popísať, význam a proces sťažnosti. Čitateľ sa musí oboznámiť s terminológiou sťažností a postupne sa dozvieme čo všetko je zahrnuté v jednom slovíčku sťažnosť. Práca je rozdelená do jednotlivých kapitol. Dnes, ale aj v minulosti vznikali situácie na podanie sťažností. Bakalárska práca je tvorená množstvom paragrafov a množstvom pravidiel. Preto sa v úvodných kapitolách sa budeme venovať termínom a zoznámime sa so zákonom o sťažnostiach. Dokonca pri vstupe Slovenka do Európskej únie sa rozšírilo pole podávania sťažností, preto téma je veľmi aktuálna a dôležitá v tomto svete plnom hektického „obdobia.“ Je dôležité prejsť na opačnú stranu rieky a pomôcť tým, ktorí potrebujú pomoc a vyriešiť ich sťažností. Posledným kapitolám sme venovali prieskumu verejnosti. Spracovali sme dotazníky s krátkymi a hlavne výstižnými otázkami k danej téme. Výsledkom riešenia problematiky, sme chceli zistiť aká je verejná mienka ku sťažnostiam.
