With this Bachelor's work we are dealing with a broad issue "Complaints". How to make complaints and where is the right place to make my complaint? The aim of this final work was to characterize, describe the meaning and process of complaining. Bakalárskou prácou sa zaoberáme problematikou „Sťažnosti“. Ako podať sťažnosť a ktoré je to správne miesto na moju sťažnosť? Cieľom záverečnej práce bolo charakterizovať popísať, význam a proces sťažnosti. Čitateľ sa musí oboznámiť s terminológiou sťažností a postupne sa dozvieme čo všetko je zahrnuté v jednom slovíčku sťažnosť. Práca je rozdelená do jednotlivých kapitol.
