Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá nekonformitou zboží založenou na podezření podle Úmluvy OSN o smlouvách o mezinárodní koupi zboží. Hlavním cílem práce je potvrzení hypotézy, že při splnění určitých podmínek lze zboží prohlásit za vadné dle Úmluvy, a to na základě pouhého podezření na vadnost zboží. This thesis addresses the non-conformity of goods based on suspicion under the UN Convention on the International Sale of Goods. The main purpose of this work is to confirm the hypothesis that, if certain conditions are met, goods can be declared non-conform under the Convention based on mere suspicion of goods’ non-conformity.
