Exemplary Narratives in the Gospel of Luke and Their Use in Religious Education Classes in the Primary Schools

Abstract:

Diplomová práce „Příkladová vyprávění v Lukášově evangeliu a jejich použití ve výuce náboženské výchovy na 1. stupni ZŠ“ se zaměřuje na čtyři podobenství a jejich přenesení do výuky žáků mladšího a středního školního věku. Námětem návrhů na aktivity jsou čtyři podobenství (konkrétněji tzv. příkladová vyprávění) z Lukášova evangelia: o milosrdném Samařanovi (L 10,25–37), o boháči a stodolách (L 12,16–21), o boháči a Lazarovi (L 16,19–31) a o farizeovi a celníkovi (L 18,9–14). Teoretická část práce nejprve představuje zdroj těchto podobenství – Lukášovo evangelium, následně se zaměřuje na objasnění a vymezení pojmu podobenství, nastiňuje výklad čtyř příkladových vyprávění a nakonec rozebírá faktory ovlivňující realizaci výuky náboženské výchovy obecně a na 1. stupni ZŠ. Praktická část práce popisuje konkrétní aktivity, jež jsou rozděleny do skupin dle jednotlivých příkladových vyprávění. Cílem diplomové práce je vytvoření výukových aktivit využitelných v různých fázích hodiny a vhodných pro specifickou skupinu dětí na 1. stupni ZŠ.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis „Exemplary Narratives in the Gospel of Luke and Their Use in Religious Education Classes in the Primary Schools“ deals with four parables and their translation into the education of school-aged children. Themes of concepts for activities are drawn from four parables (namely the so called exemplary narratives) of the Gospel of Luke: The Good Samaritan (Lk 10:25–37), The Rich Fool (Lk 12:16–21), The Rich Man and Lazarus (Lk 16:19–31) and The Pharisee and Tax Collector (Lk 18:9–14). The theoretical part of the work firstly introduces the source of these parables – The Gospel according to Luke, then it aims to clarify and define the term parable, after that it sketches out exegesis of the four exemplary parables and finally it analyses factors influencing realization of religious educations classes in the primary school. The practical part of the work describes concrete activities divided into groups according to the individual exemplary narratives. The main goal of the thesis is to create educational activities usable in different stages of class and suitable for specific group of children in the primary school.
