Komparace cestovních kanceláří z hlediska firemní kultury a vztahu ke klientele

Abstract:
Bakalářská práce srovnává cestovní kanceláře Čedok, Exim Tours a Firo Tour. Základním měřítkem je výše úrovně firemní kultury jednotlivých kanceláří. Cestovní ruch je v České republice aktuální téma, neboť mnoho cestovních kanceláří zaniká a mnoho zase vzniká. Proč se tak děje, se snažím zjistit měřením v aplikační části. Zda má firemní kultura vliv na prosperitu cestovní kanceláře.
Abstract:
The Bechelor thesis compares travel agencies Čedok, Exim Tours, and Firo Tour. The level of company culture of the particular agencies is the fundmental measure. In the Czech Republic there is tourism very current issue many travel agencies go bankrupt and on the other side many travel agencies set up their businesses.
