Bakalářská práce se zabývá výrobou a základní nutriční analýzou müsli z netradičních obilovin a jedlých květů. Teoretická část zahrnuje výrobu cereálních směsí se zaměřením na müsli směsi. Dále je v této části uvedeno chemické složení a stabilita jednotlivých surovinových komponent při tepelné úpravě a skladování. This thesis deals with the production and basic nutritional analysis of muesli from non-traditional cereals with edible flowers. The theoretical part involves the production of the cereal mixture with a focus on muesli mixtures.
