Women as a specific group of clients in the C- centre Charáč

Abstract:

Tématem práce jsou ženy jako specifická skupina uživatelů nelegálních návykových látek. V teoretické části je pojednáno o zdůvodnění vymezení žen jako skupiny zasluhující zvláštní pozornost a popisuje stav české společnosti z pohledu genderu, tedy vnímání ty-picky mužských a ženských rolí a zaužívané genderové stereotypy. Dále práce seznamuje s reáliemi Kontaktního centra Charáč, k němuž je vztahována i praktická část. Obsahem praktické části je návrh rozvojového projektu kontaktního centra Charáč, jehož cílem je nabídnout ženám uživatelkám drog specifické konkrétně zacílené služby. Staví na faktu,že poměr mužů a žen ve službách neodpovídá skutečnému poměru a že jedním z řešení je nabídka gender programů. Projektu předchází SWOT analýza a praktickou část uzavírá kasuistika jako ukázka práce s klientkami.

Abstract:

The topic of my task are the women as a specific group of illegal drugs´ users. In the theo-retical part I write about the reasons of women´s determination as a group with an extra attention and I describe the status of the Czech community from the gender point of view. That means the perception of typical role of men and women and typical gender stereo-types. My work also treats of realia Charáč contact centre (practical part). The content of the practical part is the developing project of Charáč contact centre.The aim of the centre is to offer specific concrete services for women drugs´ users. There is the basic fact that the rate women-men doesn´t agree with the real rate and that one of solutions is the offer of gender programmes. There exists also SWOT analysis before the project and the practical part is finished by the case report as the preview of work with lady clients.
