Bakalářská práce se zabývá náhradní rodičovskou péčí. Je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část popisuje systém náhradní rodinné péče v ČR, zmiňuje se o péči ústavní a uvádí současné možnosti legálního odložení novorozence v ČR. Abstract:
This work deals with adoption. It’s divided into two parts. The theoretical one describes the adoption system in the Czech Republic. It refers to institutional care and its legal options to abandon a newborn baby in our country.
