Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na souvislost sluchové poruchy s běžným životem a sociálními vztahy nedoslýchavých pacientů. V teoretické části jsou blíže definovány pojmy nedoslýchavost, sluch, hluk, typy sluchových poruch, práce v hlučném prostředí a také psychický a sociální vliv problémů se sluchem na nedoslýchavého pacienta. This thesis focuses on the interconnection of hearing impairment between normal live and social relationships hard of hearing persons.
