The Harmony of the Lisbon Treaty with the Czech Constitutional Order

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá Lisabonskou smlouvou a změnami, které tento reformní dokument přinesl po své ratifikaci v rámci pravomocí a institucí Evropské unie. Práce je částečně věnována i Listině základních práv Evropské unie, která byla přijata v rámci ratifikačního procesu Lisabonské smlouvy. V práci byly přiblíženy a analyzovány dva nálezy Ústavního soudu České republiky ve věci souladu Lisabonské smlouvy s ústavním pořádkem v komparaci s nálezem Spolkového ústavního soudu.

Abstract:

My dissertation deals with the Lisbon Treaty and changes, which this reformation document brought within European Union´s scope after its ratification. In this dissertation there is also mentioned Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union, which was ratified with the Lisbon Treaty. The dissertation also describes and analyses two judgmenst of Constitutional court of the Czech Republic in case of conformity the Lisbon Treaty with the czech constitution in comparison with the judgement of the Federal Constitutional Court.
