Abstract:
Tématem diplomové práce je trestná činnost úředních osob. S vedoucí práce jsme se zaměřili na kriminální činnost úředních osob v České republice a to jak na trestnou činnost úředních osob tak trestnou činnost proti výkonu úředních osob.
Abstract:
The subject of the diploma thesis is criminal activity of public officers. Leading the work we focused on the criminal activities of officials in the Czech Republic, both on the crime of official persons and crimes against enforcement officials.
