Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zpracování návrhu zavedení nových informačních technologií v oblasti evidence paleontologických sbírek ÚGV PřF MU. V rámci posouzení vybraných databázových programů je popsán způsob vedení evidence sbírkových předmětů v písemné formě, opírající se o muzejní legislativu. Část práce je věnována i nejmodernějšímu způsobu šíření informací – internetu a jeho použití v kulturních institucích. Na základě získaných poznatků je navržen program, který by se mohl uplatnit při vedení sbírkové evidence na ÚGV.

Abstract:

The bachelor work is aimed at processing the suggestion for installation of new information technologies in the evidence of paleontological collections of the Institute of Geological Sciences, Faculty of Science, Masaryk University. Within the appraisal of selected database programs there is described a way of keeping the register of collected objects in the written form based on the museum legislation. Part of this work describes also the most modern way of distributing information - internet and its use in the cultural institutions. On the basis of acquired knowledge the program is suggested that could be used in keeping of register at the Institute of Geological Sciences.
