Methodology of murder investigations
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá trestným činem vraždy. Sleduje postupy vyšetřování až po následnou právní kvalifikaci skutkové podstaty činu. Popis metodiky vyšetřování vražd spolu s kriminalistickou charakteristiku vražd je rozvinut o trestněprávní charakteristiku vraždy a srovnání vyšetřování vražd v zahraničí profilováním pachatele.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the crime of murder. It monitors testing procedures leading to sub-sequent legal classification, based on the facts relating to the crime.Description of methodology used during murder investigations using forensic characterization developed for murder investigation and comparison of criminal characteristics with murder investigations abroad, using offender profiling.
