Ve své bakalářské práci jsem se zabýval trestem odnětí svobody na území České republiky. Ačkoliv se mnohokrát změnila politická scéna perspektiva trestu a zejména trestu odnětí svobody je stále stejná, uvěznění je krajní prostředek , jak chránit společnost. In my bachelor thesis I tried to dealt with the point of view on the imprisonment in the region of the Czech Republic.
