Quality Management in the Small and Medium Company
Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je zanalyzovat současný stav řízení kvality v konkrétním malém nebo středním podniku. V první části diplomové práce je obsažen popis managementu kvality dle norem ISO 9000, historie a vývoj managementu kvality. Je zdůvodněna důležitost řízení a dodržování kvality. Ve výsledkové části diplomové práce je analyzován a hodnocen systém řízení kvality ve vybraném podniku.

The aim of the thesis is to evaluate quality control in a particular SME and propose amendments to improve it. In the first part of the thesis contains a description of the quality management standards ISO 9000, the history and development of quality management.
