Abstract:
Diiplomová práce se zabývá problematikou KAIZEN v kontextu dopravní (logistické) organizace.Cílem práce bylo prostřednictvím strategické analýzy zjistit, zda je vybraná společnost připravena pro implementaci zlepšovací filozofie KAIZEN.
Abstract:
This thesis is considering KAIZEN philosophy in the context a logistics company. The objective of the study was to find out through means of strategic analysis, if the company is ready and fit for eventual implementation of KAIZEN continuous improvement
