Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi ergoterapeutické rehabilitace se zaměřením na kognitivní funkce osob s psychiatrickou diagnózou. Úvod: V úvodní teoretické části bakalářské práce jsou definovány pojmy duševní porucha a ergoterapie a jsou definována specifika ergoterapie v psychiatrii. Cíl práce: Cílem bakalářské práce je přispět k řešení problematiky ergoterapie v psychiatrii se zaměřením na kognitivní poruchy. Metodika: Bakalářská práce je zpracována formou případové studie tří pacientů s psychiatrickou diagnózou. Hlavní výzkumná metoda je zpracování případových studií na podkladě pozorování pacientů, rozhovoru a standardizovaných testů hodnotících celkový stav pacientů a jejich kognitivních funkcí a standardizovaného dotazníku k jejich subjektivnímu hodnocení kvality života a sebereflexe. Výsledky: Z výsledků výzkumného šetření provedeného v rámci bakalářské práce vyplývá pozitivní vliv ergoterapeutické rehabilitace na kognitivní funkce prováděné formou individuálních terapií pacientů s psychickým onemocněním. Rovněž lze považovat za prokázané, že zlepšení kognitivních funkcí u pacientů s psychickým onemocněním má pozitivní vliv na subjektivní hodnocení kvality života a sebereflexi. Závěr: Bakalářská práce dokládá vhodnost širšího zavádění individuálních ergoterapeutických terapií se zaměřením na rozvoj kognitivních funkcí do běžné praxe psychiatrických zařízení.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the possibilities of occupational therapy rehabilitation focusing on the cognitive functions of people with a psychiatric diagnosis. Introduction: The concepts of mental disorder and occupational therapy are defined in the introductory part of the bachelor thesis together with the specifics of occupational therapy in psychiatry. Aim of the work: The aim of the bachelor thesis is to contribute to the solution of occupational therapy in psychiatry with a special focus on cognitive disorders. Methodology: The bachelor thesis is composed in the form of a case study of three patients with a psychiatric diagnosis. The main research method is the elaboration of several case studies based on patient observations, interviews and standardized tests evaluating the overall condition of patients and their cognitive functions and a standardized questionnaire for their subjective evaluation of the quality of life and self-reflection. Results: We can see a positive effect of occupational therapy rehabilitation on cognitive functions performed in the form of individual therapies for patients with mental diseases as the outcome of the research. We can also consider proven the fact that the improvement of cognitive functions in patients with mental diseases has a positive effect on the subjective evaluation of the quality of life and self-reflection. Conclusion: The bachelor thesis demonstrates the suitability of the wider introduction of individual occupational therapy focusing on the development of cognitive functions in the regular practice of psychiatric facilities.
